Inspiration

Inequalities between women impacts more than we think. It limits them in accessing resources, mentorships, and opportunities in fields where they are underrepresented, such as STEM, leadership, and entrepreneurship. But, educational inequality issue steadly rises into the public knowledge. More and more events are made exclusively for women to give the same chance for everyone. Some of the events are mentorship events. We are targeting the app for those events, so the Event Organizer can match their participants/mentees with best mentors without hassle.

What it does

MENTHER is a groundbreaking mentorship matchmaking web app designed exclusively for women, bringing mentees together with the most compatible mentors based on their goals, values, and personality. MENTHER aims to create equal educational opportunities for women by facilitating connections between mentees and mentors through personalized, AI-powered matchmaking. This app will be used by event organizers for women that involved in mentorship events.

How we built it

Using large language model (LLM) technology, MENTHER makes personalized, high-quality mentorship accessible by analyzing mentee needs and matching them with mentors who can help them overcome challenges and pursue their dreams.
