Getting to know mental and emotional functioning

Getting to be able to manage emotion and negative or damaging thoughts or thought processes

Based on the work and research by Prof. Jon Kabat-Zin, Prof. Paul Gilbert (retired world mental health expert), Prof. Kristin Neff (see books on Amazon like stop beating yourself up) and Prof. Christopher Germer

Problem getting technical support to create website, create videos of explanations. Need of people who want to test and testify about effects. Specify the needs in COVID times.

Published two books (see Monique Borcard-Sacco on Amazon, books in French, sorry), collaboration with Méditation Magazine in France.

These practices do me LOADS OF GOOD, this is why I share them with my clients / course participants / and with the Hackaton, I hope to share it with all of the persons interested in the global population around us now suffering from exhaustion, anxiety, sleep disorders, and so on. This is not a replacement for a psychotherapy and not for a mental crisis situation, but for helping build inner resilience and creating good mental and emotional habits.

No previous experience required. No need to sit and meditate on a cushion for hours. Yet benefits on mental health are evidenced in research.

What's next for Menthal Health in COVID: balance with mindfulness practices
