Inspiration
This campaign pairs individuals sharing their mental health experiences with artists who create spoken word poetry based on their stories. It aims to normalize discussions about mental health and encourage people to seek help.
What it does
How we built it
Conducting proper research and information about mental health using different sources and combining them into one presentation and design addit's ing my style of presentation and making it more presentable and informative for people to understand and be informed.
Challenges we ran into
find the best source to use for the project I was doing and fact-check it to use.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I was able to be part of this project and be able to take part in this subject and find out more about it and be informed and learn about mental health and what people go through and understand their struggle and not be judgmental and understand them.
What we learned
These campaigns and quotes can effectively inspire students and teenagers to prioritize their mental health, seek help when needed, and foster a supportive environment for their peers Organizing this thing and doing my research to understand more about and learn more about the issues students, educators and everyone as whole and educating myself about it.
What's Next for Mental Health Education
encouraging more people to speak out about their issues, speaking to more people close to them or anyone, and trying to normalize that it's okay not to be okay.
