What it does Tracks moods with rich emotional vocabulary. Offers 20+ guided breathing and meditation exercises. Provides an AI-powered, therapist-like companion. Physical health features: calorie counter, hydration & step tracker, weight graphs, heartbeat monitor.
How we built it Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript for a calming, responsive UI. Features: Forms, animations, and counters for core interactions. Future plans: Node.js backend, database storage, wearable integrations.
