Recognizing the alarming global rates of depression, we felt compelled to make a positive impact on people's lives worldwide. United Hacks presented an excellent opportunity to fulfill this mission, igniting hope within us to leverage this application for future benefits on a global scale.

What it does

The Mental Health Hub is a comprehensive platform offering a wide range of resources for individuals facing mental health challenges. From AI chatbots to advanced machine learning techniques driving data analysis on our research page, the hub strives to empower users and provide valuable insights into mental illnesses. Our dedication to informing the public about the root causes of mental health issues makes the Mental Health Hub a powerful tool for integration into daily life.

How we built it

Our team built the Mental Health Hub using Typescript, React, and Tailwind CSS. By employing standard markdown language format, articles can easily be transformed into interactive blog posts using our typescript code, significantly enhancing the user experience.

Challenges we ran into

Developing this application within the limited timeframe of the hackathon proved to be a significant challenge, especially while working collaboratively. Nevertheless, we embraced the responsibility of meeting the deadline and successfully crafted a user-friendly application with an outstanding interface.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Our team takes pride in implementing a live-chat support system that utilizes Artificial Intelligence, enabling dynamic interactions with users. Additionally, the research page showcases data analysis techniques that help identify areas requiring the most attention, further solidifying the impact of our platform.

What we learned

Throughout the development process, we gained valuable insights into React, Typescript, and Tailwind CSS, essential technologies in today's web development landscape. Beyond coding skills, we honed our problem-solving and communication abilities, effectively addressing and resolving various challenges.

What's next

As of now, Mental Health Hub incorporates an extensive donation system and several cutting-edge technologies to aid individuals with mental health concerns. Looking ahead, we aim to expand our platform by integrating more machine learning and artificial intelligence features, as well as conducting in-depth research on broader datasets. Our ultimate goal is to extend the reach of our solution to benefit more people around the world, contributing to a healthier and happier global community.
