🧠 Inspiration Mental health is often overlooked compared to physical fitness. We wanted to create a space where users can actively build and maintain mental resilience—just like going to a gym for the body.

💡 What it does The platform provides daily activities, exercises, mood tracking, and motivational tools to help users strengthen their mental well-being.

🛠 How we built it We used HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or React if applicable), deploying via Netlify. It includes interactive front-end components and a clean, responsive UI.
