My inspiration was my life skills teacher, as she often told us tips on how to better our mental health.

My program lets you choose from two sections, mental health, and physical health. Inside each section are tips on how to better whichever type of health you choose.

I used "python Tkinter", the "python time" module, and the "Tkinter.font" module

The biggest challenges that I ran into were figuring out how to switch between button-activated labels seamlessly, and how to make the stopwatch work.

I'm really proud of creating the back buttons on the first day and getting the stopwatch to not crash every time I started it.

I learned that mental/physical health is a big deal and that programs can be created to help with it.

I think the industry of online apps for Mental and physical wellness will keep on growing.
