The concept is that I am a Bitaxe miner. I have a bitaxe, and mining using my own node where I can adjust the policy and filters on my mempool to reject transactions for whatever parameters I decide.
I collect data about all rejected transactions, and then contact the mempool.space API to keep an eye and watch to see if they get included in any upcoming blocks, meaning other miners accepted them and mined the transactions.
It is an educational tool to show how even if I am a miner and reject these transactions, they may still be included then others and I will hold them and store them on my node anyway.
