MemoryOS AI 🚀 About the Project
Artificial intelligence has become increasingly capable, but one major limitation remains: most AI assistants lose context between sessions. Users repeatedly explain the same projects, preferences, and decisions, making long-term collaboration inefficient.
MemoryOS AI was created to solve this problem by giving AI agents persistent, intelligent memory powered by CockroachDB.
Instead of treating every conversation as a new beginning, MemoryOS AI stores important information such as conversations, project progress, tasks, documents, and user preferences. When the user returns, the AI retrieves relevant memories and continues working with full context.
Our goal is to demonstrate how persistent memory transforms AI from a simple chatbot into a true long-term assistant.
