Inspiration
Both of us are gamers, and building a game sounds interesting. We are impressed by how all the mini games are so addictive and that is why we decided to try to make one.
What it does
First, the elements inside the outer shell will reveal to allow the users to memorize the patterns, then the outer shell forms and hides them. Then users will match patterns to clear levels.
How we built it
We used Godot to build it and had to learn a new language called GDScript.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into a lot of challenges, such as having no idea how to use Godot at all so we had to watch tutorials and also learning GDScript.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We made most of the game work!
What we learned
We learned the functions inside Godot and some of GDScript.
What's next for Memo-Pop
We are planning to add effects and more features to it and upload it to the App Store and Play Store for people to download it.
