MemeBlock

Inspiration:

we all have a problem with internet ads and wanted make something that would make us laugh when surfing the web.

What it does

It takes advertisements on websites and changes them into memes.

How I built it

we used an open source adblocker called "Catblock" and edited using, javascrpit and html to display memes instead of adds

Challenges I ran into

finding images that fit our parameters, and making our plugin display an appropriate image for the size of the ad.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

we managed to get our plugin working in a short time constraint, and had extra time to almost finish another plugin.
