Inspiration - The new AI technologies and the belief in memes as an important method for 21st century communication.
What it does - Using ChatGPT, it is a meme generating plugin. Just talk to ChatGPT and get a meme in seconds!
How we built it - I used command line in VS code, javascript and a little html.
Challenges we ran into - It took a while to get the manifest json and the yaml file to correctly query the API.
Accomplishments that we're proud of - Being one of the first plugins that fits the 'fun' category.
What we learned -The process of creating a plugin from start to finish. More plugins on the way!
What's next for Meme Creator ChatGPT Plugin - QC and more endpoints from the API. Depending on popularity might dramatically expand meme options via our own API.
