mello

mello is a discord bot i made for Local Hack Day: Build 2022 Day 2 challenge. It's main purpose is to play rock, paper scissors.

Instructions:

The way to play Rock Paper Scissors is quite simple. Users type !play {your choice either rock, paper or scissors}. The choices must all be lowercase.

Challenges i faced

One of the things i wanted to make was a scoreboard to keep track of everyone's points and make a leaderboard. I didn't know how to implement that but maybe in future iterations, i might revisit mello and add a scoarboard and leaderboard feature where mello can keep track of everyone's scores.
