Housing market has always been a hot topic to predict prices. Here we try to gain insights and find the house according to your needs. We feel buying a house should suit your needs first and price is a later discussion.
What it does
It gives you insights on the various properties in Melbourne and analyzes the suburban regions to narrow down the right house. You can search for houses based on your family needs, no. of children and utilities around the place.
How we built it
We used Omni-Sci's GPU accelerated visualization and Pandas to create tables and preprocess data.

Not enough datsets. Had to create synthetic data

This can be expanded to every city in the world based on the data you get.
