We see shortcomings within the Black community when it comes to our children, our schools, and their quality of life. We believe that one of the issues surrounding the progression of the Black community in the Americas is the lack of dollar circulation amongst the group. Dollar circulation in the Black community is only 6 hours long, which is significantly less compared to other communities such as the asian, jewish, and white communities being 30, 20 and 17 days respectively. Part of the reason could be because there are easily identifiable communities amongst other rather areas, but amongst the Black community, this is lacking. So we’ve decided to create an accessible platform to promote the awareness of businesses owned by Black people and help facilitate the socio-economic prosperity of the community.
