💡 Inspiration
The inspiration for MeetIQ came from a common problem — the hidden tax of meeting preparation. Professionals spend a huge amount of time researching companies, checking LinkedIn, and building agendas manually.
We asked: what if a team of AI agents could do all of that in under 5 minutes? Instead of one chatbot, a coordinated crew of specialized agents working together. That idea became MeetIQ.
⚙️ What It Does
MeetIQ is a multi-agent platform that turns a simple meeting objective into a polished, executive-ready brief automatically.
It handles orchestration, real-time research, industry analysis, agenda creation, and final refinement using multiple AI agents. It also includes session memory, quick link discovery, and one-click PDF export.
🏗️ How It’s Built
Backend uses Python and Flask with structured agent pipelines. CrewAI manages multiple agents with defined roles and sequential tasks. Google Gemini is used in a two-tier setup for speed and quality. Serper.dev enables real-time web search. Memory is stored safely using JSON with atomic writes. Frontend is built with pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a glass-style UI. Deployed using Docker on Hugging Face Spaces.
🔥 Challenges
Handled API rate limits using fallback strategies and retries. Solved cloud memory issues with dynamic file handling. Improved output quality using a Reflection Agent. Ensured agents don’t hallucinate by passing structured context.
