Inspiration

We’ve all been there: a one-hour meeting ends, everyone leaves the room, and ten minutes later, nobody can agree on what the actual decisions were. "Meeting Amnesia" is a productivity killer. I wanted to build a tool that ensures every conversation is captured, not just as words, but as actionable intelligence.

What it does

MeetingMind AI is an intelligent workspace that converts messy meeting notes and raw transcripts into structured high-level summaries and automated task lists. It identifies the "who, what, and when" of a discussion, extracting commitments and deadlines from casual conversation so teams can focus on executing, not administrative tracking.

How we built it

The app was built using MeDo, By using several MEDO skills such as Large language model text to speech etc. handle complex natural language processing. I structured the AI’s logic to prioritize Intent Recognition—the ability to distinguish between a random suggestion and a finalized decision. The frontend was designed for speed, utilizing a clean, professional blue UI to minimize distractions and maximize clarity.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest hurdles was "Noise Filtering." In real meetings, people talk in circles or change their minds mid-sentence. Fine-tuning the AI to ignore the "fluff" and only capture the final consensus required precise prompt engineering and iterative testing with complex, multi-person transcripts.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I’m particularly proud of the Action Item Extraction engine. Seeing the AI correctly assign a specific task to the right person with the correct deadline—even when the original text was a disorganized mess—felt like magic. It turned a passive tool into an active teammate.

What we learned

Building this project taught me that the value of AI isn't just in summarizing information, but in structuring chaos. I learned how to bridge the gap between human conversation (which is messy) and project management (which needs to be precise).

What's next for MeetingMind AI

The next step is to integrate MeetingMind AI directly with tools like Slack and Trello. Imagine a meeting ending and your tasks being automatically created in your project board without you lifting a finger. That’s the future of friction-less work we’re aiming for.
