Inspiration
It started after a particularly brutal Monday. I had back to back online classes all morning, came out with three pages of scattered notes, and spent the next two hours trying to piece together what was actually decided and who was supposed to do what. I knew I wasn't alone almost everyone I talked to had the same problem. Notes that made sense in the moment but turned into a mess an hour later. That frustration was the spark. I wanted a tool that could take the chaos and hand you back something you could actually act on.
What it does
Meeting-Mind takes your messy meeting notes, raw transcripts, or uploaded PDFs and converts them into clean, structured reports. It automatically identifies action items, key decisions, and discussion points organizing everything into a format that's easy to read, share, and follow up on. No formatting, no cleanup, no effort required from the user.
How i built it
Honestly? i also leveraged AI to build it, baasically i have vibe coded several stuff. I had a clear vision of what I wanted the product to do, and I moved fast leaning heavily on AI-assisted development to get from idea to working prototype quickly. The app is built on Next.js with Tailwind CSS for styling, which made it easy to iterate on the UI without getting bogged down in design details. For the intelligence layer, I integrated a large language model to handle the heavy lifting of parsing and restructuring messy content into clean reports. Was every line of code written with perfect intention? Not exactly. But it works, it works well, and we learned a ton along the way.
What's next for Meeting-Mind
The next big step is going live literally. I want Meeting-Mind to sit inside your online meetings in real time, quietly listening and transcribing as the conversation happens. The moment the call ends, it automatically generates a full structured report, no copy-pasting, no uploading, no extra steps. You'd get a clean summary, key decisions, action items with owners, and a full transcript all waiting for you before you've even closed the meeting tab. The goal is to make the whole process invisible. You show up to your meeting, you talk, you leave and Meeting-Mind handles everything else.
