Hi, I’m Rohail from Pakistan!
Inspiration
One day, I asked my father, “Are you going for a meeting today?” He said yes. Then I asked, “Who actually saves the meeting notes and how do you get a record of it?” He told me he had someone doing it manually. That moment made me realize that relying on someone to manually record meetings is both expensive and traditional. I thought: why not automate it? Why not create a system that can instantly convert meetings into structured, actionable intelligence? That was the spark for my app.
What I Learned
How to leverage AI for natural language understanding and reasoning. How to integrate predictive analytics to forecast risks and operational consequences. The importance of user experience when presenting complex AI-generated insights in a clear and interactive way. Deployment challenges and mobile vs. desktop optimization nuances.
How I Built It
Used Gemini 3 AI for: Summarization of meeting transcripts Extracting key decisions, risks, and patterns Predictive analysis to forecast potential failures Designed interactive features: Generate reports at the click of a button Highlight AI-generated insights for easy understanding Save reports for later reference Deployed the app on Vercel for easy accessibility and I cant use Google cloud because it requires a credit card which I don't have unfortunately.
Challenges Faced
Ensuring the AI generated accurate and actionable insights. Balancing technical complexity and user-friendly design. Working with limited deployment features in AI Studio while keeping the app responsive on both mobile and desktop.
Outcome
The app now allows users to: Turn meeting conversations into structured intelligence Identify risks and decisions instantly Save and export reports for future reference This project taught me how AI can transform everyday business processes, and I’m proud that it makes teams more proactive, efficient, and confident in their decision-makingInsight
