What it does

Meeting Follow Through is a Skill for UGREEN AI NAS. It transcribes a meeting recording saved on the NAS, lists the promises it finds, then checks the user's own NAS files for proof that each promise was kept. Each promise is marked Done, Not found, Not due yet or Unsure.

The problem

Small businesses make promises in client meetings, such as "I'll send the quote by Friday", and then forget them. Checking means replaying recordings and digging through folders, so it rarely happens.

How it was built

The Skill follows the Uliya Skill Development Standard: one SKILL.md file and three linked Markdown references. It hands each step to a registered expert agent. The file agent finds the recording and the documents, the knowledge agent transcribes the recording and saves the report, and the document agent checks the documents against each promise. Claude was used to draft the files, and the official UGOS Skill Creation Tool was used to check them against the standard.

The main challenge

A saved file does not prove a promise was kept, because a saved quote may never have been sent. So the Skill only marks a promise Done after reading a document that shows the action happened, such as a saved copy of the sent email. Anything weaker is marked Unsure.

Current status

The Skill passes the static check in the UGOS Skill Creation Tool with no errors or warnings. It has not yet run on a real NAS, so transcription quality and matching accuracy are still untested. All sample names and files are fictional.
