Meeting → Action Board is a UGOS Skill that reads a user-authorized NAS folder of meeting notes or transcripts and writes a Decision Log, this week's Action Board, Risks, Gaps, and board.json. Unlike a generic summary bot, it refuses to invent owners or due dates and keeps all processing on the NAS. Round 1 materials: Proposal PDF + Pre-test Skill Package ZIP.
