Product: We've stripped the product down to its essentials, focusing on empowering community managers to activate their people seamlessly.
Operations: Adrian is doing a phenomenal job coordinating our rapidly growing base of contributors.
Development: Our infrastructure is solid, wireframes are nearly complete, and the core build officially starts now!
Branding: Our logo and broader communication strategy are in progress. Meetball is all about empowering users to be heroes for each other.
Incorporation: This crucial step is happening this week in Portugal.
Marketing: Shifting Gears This Week!
Interestingly, we have no website and no formal marketing team yet, but we're already seeing organic traction and media interest, even before the product is live. That changes this week—marketing now becomes our central focus!
