Inspiration

We wanted to help out with a real-world problem.

What it does

It is an app that connects people digitally and leads to in-person relationships and activities. It is like a game that motivates the users to compete with each other, go out very often and explore something they like or something new. In the presentation we have the main points that are enough for understanding the idea of our project.

How we built it

Using HTML, CSS, Java

Challenges we ran into

We had to quickly learn HTML as well as CSS since we had little-to no experience with these. This is why we have not implemented all of the functionalities from our main idea that we present in our presentation.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We succesfully participated in our first-ever hackaTUM and we saw that we have a long way to go until we have all the knowledge that we need to create a whole project.

What we learned

Some HTML, some CSS and most importantly, team-work and exchanging some fun ideas in a group setting. We have improved our communication and we were pushing ourselves to the limit.

What's next for Meet up go

We think that the idea is very simple and that is why we think that it is going to be understood by the majority of the people, which is exactly our audience that needs help. We hope that in the future we can work together with other more advanced developers that can help us to turn our idea into a real working product. It will be very interesting if we will catch the attention of the people.
