Our platform helps users understand meeting outcomes, track important decisions, assign action items, analyze meeting effectiveness, and build a searchable organizational knowledge base. It also provides AI-powered insights to improve future meetings.
The Problem Modern meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams can record meetings and generate transcripts or summaries. However, they often do not answer important questions such as:

Inspiration
Our inspiration came from observing that people spend countless hours in meetings, yet important decisions and knowledge are often forgotten.
Existing AI meeting assistants focus mainly on transcription and summarization. We wanted to go one step further by building an AI assistant that evaluates meeting quality, highlights risks, explains its reasoning, and preserves organizational knowledge for future use.
We wanted meetings to become a source of intelligence rather than just a collection of notes.
How We Built the Project We developed Meet Mind AI as a web application. Step 1 – User Authentication Users can:

Step 2 – Dashboard After login, users are presented with a clean dashboard where they can:
- Start a new meeting
- Upload an existing meeting transcript
- View previous meetings
- Access analytics Step 3 – AI Processing Once a transcript is uploaded
- The transcript is sent to the Google Gemini API.
- Gemini analyzes the conversation.
