We developed Meegan for internal use on Jira. After seeing her capability, this hackathon gave us the opportunity to consider offering her at the enterprise level.
We named her Meegan because she’s the vegan version of meetings… no meet.
Meegan’s primary design is to help executives discover “Aha Moments” on a regular basis. Traditional meetings are expensive and difficult to coordinate. Meegan’s meetings can be called frequently and easily to help keep executives in touch with projects and strategic goals.
Her design is to continuously adapt using continuous dynamic context… so as the executive adapts to new “Aha Moments”, Meegan will adapt with you.
Meegan is a transformational solution targeted to executives. It is a first of its kind artificial intelligence that uses traditional information based training, but more importantly conceptual and strategic training capabilities. Her design is to align herself with strategic objectives set by executives.
She accomplishes this through the use of numerous patent pending technologies. They incorporate Parallel Asynchronous Dynamic Context Modeling which uses input from multiple stakeholders, combined with the strategic alignment at the executive level to operate her models.
Meegan essentially holds “virtual meetings” and produces video meeting notes. In addition, Meegan is capable of continuing this process by accepting questions and queries from stakeholders.
She has video production and rendering capabilities to create meeting presentations that are structured according to executive strategic needs.
This process continues iteratively through dynamic context modeling, so the next time Meegan is asked to produce a “virtual meeting”, she is tuned to produce a more meaningful and strategically aligned meeting.
Meegan is capable of reaching across the entire Atlassian universe to assemble data and produce insights and analysis. She does this in an increasingly effective manner as her training iterates based on the strategic needs at the executive level.
