The development of the MedTrainX Medical Teaching Intelligent Simulation Training System stems from core pain points in the global medical training field: 35% of minimally invasive surgery training is inefficient, 76% of simulation equipment fails to match clinical needs, and the error rate of doctors’ first real surgery is as high as 80%. Integrating "3D printing + XR/AI + clinical data", the system takes high-fidelity training (restoring human structures and biomechanical properties with 0.1mm precision), real-time AI error correction feedback, and specialized application (e.g., pediatric intraosseous injection, dental models) as its core functions to address the shortcomings of traditional training. During development, relying on cross-regional technical collaboration among the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong (China), and Canada, as well as interdisciplinary cooperation between medicine and engineering, it overcame challenges such as 3D printing bubble defects and cross-team collaboration issues. Through the B2B model and mass production optimization, it achieved low cost and high cost-effectiveness (the pediatric simulator is priced at HK$450, only 5.78% of competitors’ prices). Currently, it has collaborated with the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Dentistry (ranked Top 2 globally), served colleges and universities in multiple countries, and won honors such as the "Asia Smart Innovation Award" as well as official support from Hong Kong (China). In the future, it will expand specialized products in orthopedics and emergency care, deepen AI/XR services, expand into global markets, and promote public welfare projects to enhance the accessibility of medical education.
