Inspiration

Doctors What inspired us is the struggle of doctors who work extra time past their job times to grow more, we wanted to help them managing their schedules which makes a significant difference. Patients People always doesn't know who to reach out to for the problems that they are facing and they actually have to fill up long forms or get on long calls with admins to book an appointment and no body provides any remediations till the appointment.

What it does

Doctors Our innovative solution streamlines daily planning for healthcare professionals by creating time slots and presenting a clear, concise schedule for the day, With specific appointment details delivered through straightforward messages. our solution ensures that doctors have all the information they need at their fingertips, reducing administrative burden and enhancing productivity. Patients* Our solution simplifies this process by helping patients book appointments with the right specialists based on their symptoms. Just describe your symptoms, and we’ll identify the appropriate specialist for you. Plus, we provide immediate remediation advice to help manage your condition while you wait for your appointment.

How we built it

We built it using Agentforce, Slack, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce Data Libraries, Einstein Prompts, agentforce actions with flows/apex.

Challenges we ran into

  1. We faced a lot issues in setting up our agents in Slack and Experience Cloud respectively.
  2. Creating agentforce actions with apex was pretty challenging at the start.
  3. Setting up the page where we are allowing the patients to upload reports took a lot of time and debugging as we are new to experience cloud ## Accomplishments that we're proud of We're proud of what we have implemented in a less time frame. ## What we learned
  4. Amazing abilities of agentforce and einstein prompts specially the abilities of understanding the content in files which is like unstructured data and provide responses data from it.
  5. With agentforce we can actually provide a human like feel to the customers/employees while they are interacting

What's next for MedSync

  1. Expanding more on the patient side like scheduling follow ups, cancelling appointments and providing more specialists, remediations. We are currently restricted to 5 specialists and remediations for 5 different symptoms.
  2. For the doctor's side we are exploring to summarize the reports in real time instead of just sharing the files via email. We found a solution but that needs more time.
