Mental health is something that is led down in India and in many other countries. So, in this hackathon, I created a tool to build custom checklists based upon the mental disorder to create daily habits in person that would lead to improving their mental health.

Different Habits for Different Mental Issues Different habits could help you solve different mental problems and so, we created different templates for each mental issue. (currently limited to only depression, anxiety, and PTSD)
Track habits to improve your mental health A dedicated habit tracker is built to keep you accountable to follow the habit every day to improve your mental health.
Mindful Journal Journal to help you reflect on your activities and progress.
It is also included with a template filled with questions so you don't have to start with a blank page.
What's the future of Medotion?
I'm thinking of taking Medotion to another level because I think it has a lot of potential. I'm thinking of launching it as a product and adding new solutions to other mental disorders.
