Inspiration - My life partner who is a physician at a local hospital is on the frontline battling this virus as many medical facilities face a supply shortage, I wanted to help her and her fellow physicians, nurses, medical staff those in this time of need.
What it does - MedMasks will enable those in need of masks to make requests based on location, and connect those with them.
How I built it - I built this using laravel/php
Challenges I ran into challenges when I am trying to build AI/ML capabilities
Accomplishments that I'm proud of - Is that I am able to work with my wife finally on something that is helping her!
What I learned - That this problem is serious across most countries.
What's next for MedMasks - We want to build AI capability and partner with projectn95 & givemasks.org to centralize database to accurately predict this issue.
