Inspiration

One of the ideal concerns that arose from this concept was Bom's grandmother, who has been diagnosed with an illness comparable to Parkinson's disease. We know that 90,000 individuals are diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in the United States each year, a 50% rise over the previously expected incidence of 60,000 diagnoses.

This results in irreversible loss of walking ability, so we concluded that a go-to healthcare takeaway app is what the world needs, after finding out that an illness could disrupt the source of transportation to nearby hospitals. We're inspired to assist people who occasionally overthink, whether they are terrified of developing cancer or believe they are about to die. Some people do not want to waste time traveling to nearby hospitals; therefore, we prevent unnecessary medical appointments. We are here to assist anyone who requires access to healthcare wherever in the world. Introverts are also one of the sources of inspiration. As we all know, COVID-19 occurred a few years ago, and this app has the potential to limit social engagement in the outside world. This reduces isolation from society and the spread of pathogens.

We also wanted to expand the knowledge of AI to people these days, to the individuals outside the IT industry, AI is more than just a "robot." You need to comprehend that AI can aid your heart and immune system by using different tools and levels of capacities. We also wanted to further develop blockchain technology and bring blockchain and smart contract knowledge to individuals who do not have access to it by utilizing blockchain technology. It can help ensure safe transactions, save compliance costs, and speed up data transfer procedures. You are connecting to the future of AI by using our app. This can help you strive in life, and we hope to provide you with these kinds of resources via the app.

What it does

MedLink is a monthly subscription service that allows you to access healthcare providers and compare pricing online. If we decide to go with the premium subscription, you'll receive 0% transaction fee and AI-powered diagnostic tools to help patients capture exam data safely and remotely by AI-powered guidance technology. Furthermore, the AI diagnostic tool provides customers with real-time data syncing it with our Med Link app via Bluetooth . Our transaction is also done using blockchain technology, in the form of a smart contract. As an example, it is contingent on whether the patient's health outcome meets mutually agreed expectations (e.g you pay 50% first and do not have to pay the last 50% if patient's health conditions isn't improving).

How we built it

The journey began with a vision to make healthcare more accessible and convenient for patients and healthcare professionals alike. The first step was brainstorming and ideation sessions. With a clear vision in mind, we turned to UIWizard, a powerful app prototyping and design tool. UIWizard significantly accelerated our design process by providing a wide range of pre-built UI elements and templates. The success of our medical app wouldn't have been possible without the power of teamwork. Embracing the Agile methodology, we divided the development process into sprints, with each sprint lasting two weeks. The development team regularly held scrum meetings to discuss progress, and challenges, and plan the next steps.

Challenges we ran into

Since we were in different time zones, team communication was poor. Nevertheless, as the sun rose and the moon began to rise, we all calmly agreed on each other's perspectives and ideas, and together we created MEDLINK.

We are content that we have struck up an idea that can help those who are near to us, no matter how far or how close they are. With the click of a few buttons, those we cherish will be rescued, as will our feelings. We are pleased to announce that the life of those you care about will be more convenient and accessible. Your comfort and feelings are important, and improving the health of others through an app is something to be honored for. We are grateful for the opportunity to assist those in need.

This could involve voluntary campaigns willing to travel from country to country to provide free healthcare access. Autonomous vehicles operated by the MedLink Corporation are another proposal to improve transportation in the healthcare sector.
