We recognized the transformative potential of technological innovation in revolutionizing healthcare. As patient histories, allergies, and potential drug interactions become increasingly complex, traditional methods often fail to ensure safety. Inspired by the capabilities of AI, we envisioned a solution that could anticipate side effects before they occur, empowering healthcare providers to make more informed and confident decisions. With this vision, we dedicated ourselves to creating a platform that enhances healthcare to be smarter, safer, and more personalized, ultimately aiming to improve patient outcomes.

What it does

MedicalWise AI harnesses artificial intelligence to identify and analyze patterns and relationships between a patient's medical conditions and their treatments, along with potential unwanted side effects. As MedicalWise AI interacts with more patients, it continuously learns and enhances its ability to ensure patient safety.

How we built it

We gathered comprehensive information from hospital drug providers to identify the uses and side effects of each medication. This data was then used to train our AI, enabling it to understand and recognize patterns in medication interactions and patient responses

Challenges we ran into

We faced challenges in collecting data for hundreds of medications and in developing our neural network model.
