Inspiration
We wanted to make a fun, but also educational and inspirational game on the topic of Health.
What it does
It gives people the options to choose 1 of 3 treatments for a certain disease , and based on the "rightness" of your answer, you will have a gun that does certain damage, and you will face a CPU with your gun. That way it interests them in the field of biology, it prepares and spreads awareness for health, and it is still fun for kid of younger ages.
How we built it
We used JAVA on Eclipse and coded a CardLayout, then we coded the game, but only one certain case with cancer, just to show what we do.
Challenges we ran into
Lot of us forgot lots of Syntax for JAVA GUI , as we have not done it in a while and we were finally able to help each other out.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We did learn how to code a website in html even though we were working in JAVA.
What we learned
We learned a but of html for ourselves to use in the future, and we were able to code new projects that expanded our thinking space and problem solving and improved team chemistry.
What's next for Medittack
We plan to ad new levels, where there will be more CPU bots to play against, harder questions and for each of those levels we plan to add stages , as well as optimizing code and using good coding techniques to make it more efficient.
