Inspiration
The idea for MediSynth was born from a real-life crisis. I witnessed the struggles of a rural clinic in a remote village where patients, including children with diabetes and elderly individuals suffering from infections, had no access to essential medicines. This moment of helplessness sparked a mission - to create a solution that could produce life-saving medicines instantly, on-site, without relying on traditional supply chains.
What it does
MediSynth is a portable, AI-powered system that synthesizes life-saving medicines on demand. It uses AI to analyze patient symptoms, then produces drugs like insulin and antibiotics through synthetic biology in real time. This eliminates the need for cold storage and enables access to essential medicines in remote or disaster-stricken areas. MediSynth is compact, mobile, and ensures the drugs meet safety and quality standards before use.
How we built it
For now MediSynth is just a proposal of idea, which could be transformed to a real-life solution through extensive research and development.
