I built this project because I’ve seen how frustrating patient intake can be—long forms, slow processing, and doctors getting buried under information when they really just need the important parts. That’s what pushed me to create an automated system that can read patient forms, extract the key details, and turn them into summaries that are actually useful. While building it, I learned how to connect different tools together, especially how AI parsing and workflow automation can make a real difference in healthcare setups. The hardest part was getting the summaries to feel accurate and natural without losing medical meaning, and making sure the workflow worked smoothly from upload to output. But once everything came together, it felt good to see how something simple could actually save time for both doctors and patients.
