About the Project
MediGuardian AI was inspired by the common problem of medication non-adherence, where patients forget medicines, mismanage prescriptions, or lack proper healthcare support. We wanted to create a smart healthcare companion that helps patients stay on track with their treatment while keeping families and doctors connected.
We built MediGuardian AI as a web-based platform featuring an AI Health Assistant, RX Prescription Scanner, Medication Reminders, Medicine Verification Scanner, Digital Health Passport, Family Circle, Clinical Portal, and a Gamification System with streaks and rewards to encourage medication adherence.
One of the biggest challenges was integrating multiple healthcare features into a single seamless ecosystem while maintaining a simple and user-friendly experience. Through this project, we learned about healthcare technology, AI integration, user-centered design, and building solutions that address real-world healthcare challenges.
Our goal is to make healthcare safer, smarter, and more accessible by connecting patients, families, doctors, and AI in one intelligent platform.
