Inspiration

I built Medico for my father, who frequently gets medical checkups and struggles to understand his lab reports, so he can easily translate complex medical jargon into simple language

What it does

web app where patients upload digital medical reports (PDFs) and the app translates complex medical jargon into easy-to-understand summaries.

How I built it

I built this web app using JavaScript React-JS and Vite

Challenges we ran into

I got a biggest challenge in architecture I do not understand how it looks like and its functionalities also i got many errors by building this web app

Accomplishments

I am proud i completed this application so my family members medical reports jargon can be converted into simple words

What I learned

I learned a lot by completing this project . I learned about everything is possible if you will to complete it.

What's next for medico

After what we did i want to extent this project add more features so it can read other special formats and also after wards i wanna add *doctor AI agent * in this application.

try to add documents in PDF format because sometimes docx cause error
