Inspiration
the idea of this project come into my mind when i am in hospital due to my accident and facing difficulty about my record that when i changed my hospital my all record was lost. Then i thought about this to make that type of system which has the functionality to secure all health record and all reduce difficulty in searching of previous record of health. And also beneficial for doctors that by this doctor also get facilitation of record of patient . we recommend that this system would be implement in hospitals because of expected benefits for quality and safety of care.
What it does
MEDICHAIN SYSTEM ORVERVIEW Medichain is an Electronic Health Record (EHR): an electronic version of a patient's medical history, that is maintained by the provider over time and may include all of the key administrative clinical data relevant to that person's care under a particular provider, including demographics, progress notes, problems, medications. The system comes with a mobile application for the patient end user. Having lots of functionality for better serving the patient. Some of the functionality and features of the mobile application includes: The patient is able to get and access his or her medical health record in real-time at whatever time and place. It eliminates the need for a third party in tempering or violation of data privacy by the hospital staff. Finding doctors and their availability can be great hustle and exhausting, the application comes with a feature where you can find doctors in your local area or city by the doctors name, availability of the doctor, current hospital of the doctor, what field the doctor is specialized at and a lot more information of the doctor. The application also allows patients to book appointments with their doctors to avoid long queues at hospitals, and long waiting hours and save transportation costs to see the doctor. All these are solved by viewing the doctors available for the day week or month in the application. Another great feature of the app shows the availability of a certain drug or medicine in hospital pharmacies in real-time. As a smart contract the system runs on a Polygon (MATIC) which provides many technological components that help to build scalable architecture by increasing through put without compromising security. The system has a public API well documented to allow developers to integrate our services on their systems or services.
