Inspiration
Patients and their relatives from over the world suffer from the problem of visiting doctors and having to hold all the patient's previous prescriptions, scans and analyses or more often having to memorize all the patient's medical records and allergies. Our applications aim to ease this process and digitize the examination process, consistent with the current circumstances of COVID-19.
What it does
It provides access to patients to keep track of their medical history. Doctors may ask the patients for an access code to modify and update the patient's medical records for the future.
How we built it
We used flutter and firebase.
Challenges we ran into
- Shortage of time.
- We didn't know Flutter or Firebase and it was a really entertaining challenge!
What we learned
We learned how to work in a team in a short amount of time.
What's next for MedicalApp
We want the doctor to send a permission request to the patient before accessing his medical history using his ID directly, we want to add a QR code reader instead of typing the patient's ID
