Inspiration

The main inspiration for our project is from real issues from the pandemic. We have heard in the news and even from our relatives and neighbors about the cases where they had to rush from one hospital to another in search of beds and other resources. As we know it is risky to roam from one place to another in a pandemic so our team decided to develop a platform to make their task easier.

What it does

Our platform provides information about the availability of hospital beds, blood in blood banks, and medicine in the pharmacy. Also, it will provide information about blood donors, plasma donors. It would make the life of people easier as they can easily search through our platform and book it according to their need and availability instead of roaming here and there in search of it preventing the risk of spreading the virus.

How we built it

As it was optional to build so we made the possible layout using adobe xd.

Challenges I ran into

We faced a challenge on the ways how hospitals would update the available bed as it needs to be done on time. Initially, we were confused if it would be possible or not but after discussing the idea with doctors and pharmacies, we concluded that we have to pull it off. The next thing is we do have similar platforms in a few other countries as well however this would be the first-ever platform in our country and the best part is this will be more advanced than any other existing platforms.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are super proud that we came up with the new idea and the effort we put in to make it happen in our busy schedule is totally marvelous.

What we learned

First is time management. Then comes the presentation design.

What's next for Medical Resources

In the future, we are planning on making our pitched idea come into reality.
