Medical National Communication Platform [RO]

As a baseline this is a fully functional product, that you can jump in and start using, created for the country of Romania and its 41 counties.

The concept is simple, by using existing technology we create a communication server designed for directly connecting experts, to share vital data and coordinate. It's useable on any client phone, tablet, laptop or PC, even on web browser.

Server filters channel access based on the users role:

Donor

Volunteer

Transport and Delivery

Nurse

Doctor

Manager

Researcher

The server also grans access based on each county.

To begin, simply access this link and then quick login with the available social media platforms like Facebook, Google. Once you joined, you can also pick a role and a zone you want to assist.

By default the role of each member is: Citizen. After you picked a role, it will allow you to join that community. This expands further by toggling the area you want to help in, which unlocks the channels specific to that zone (county or city). All national hospitals active in this COVID19 pandemic have been added to each county.

The text communication channels are similar with slack, which i'm sure everyone is acustomed with. It allows the posibility to communicate on voice channels up to 500 people per channel. It allows video chatting for up 10 of the participants. It allows sharing of data: images, files and video links. It allows moderation of users. It allows the further customisation of the text and voice channels, permissions have been configured by county and role.

It also allows the creation of a donation system within the platform.

It's designed to help track and coordinated live all the efforts of the medical, volunteer and research communities, based on directly expressed needs and direct communication.
