Inspiration
Court-appointed medical experts and their assistants. Every new case started from the previous file: "save as", then replace everything by hand, retyping names and addresses and copying the judge's mission. A full case took about two hours, and the real risk was a preliminary report sent to every party with another patient's name.
What it does
A Skill working on what the office already stores on its NAS. It opens a case from the court order, files each received document into the right case, checks a draft for another case's names or numbers before sending, and shows where each case stands. The AI reads; the expert writes.
Main user flow
The assistant drops the court order in the incoming folder and asks to open the case. Persons and roles, case number, deadlines, deposit and the judge's mission appear word for word with their page. She approves the case folder. Received documents are filed in one request. Before sending a draft, she runs the check.
How we built it
A Markdown orchestration Skill delegating to file-agent, document-agent and knowledge-agent; each step uses only the previous step's real result. Read-only by default; documents are copied, never moved or deleted. All five delegation states are handled. Values are quoted with their page, then verified by a second reading. Nothing leaves the platform; tests use invented cases.
Built, not built, to test
Built: the complete SKILL.md with four requests, the case sheet template, document types, check rules and test plan; it passes the official static checker. Not built: Word letters from the office templates, outside the Skill standard. To test on a NAS: scanned orders, exact matching, approvals and second runs.
Known limits
Results depend on scan readability. All checks are performed by the NAS AI experts, not by deterministic code, so their reliability must be measured. Unmatched documents stay for manual filing. No Word letters, no report writing. No third-party components.
