Inspiration

Due to covid, seniors are having a hard time to go to the pharmacy and wait outside for prescriptions, using this program they would be able to submit online for a prescription and then get it delivered to there homes

What it does

Users can scan prescription using OCR and submit for refill or new prescription, once the prescription is filled they are sent a notification which would allow them to come and pickup the prescription. Users are also able to schedule and appointment, this can used when they want to visit the doctor but are not able to get a spot through the phone. As well as if the prescription which they are wanting needs to be looked at by a doctor before it is prescribed

Challenges we ran into

Given the time constraints we where not able to integrate twillo. Using twilo we would use to send out a notification once the prescription is filled and ready to pickup. This can also be used to send out a notification for when there is an opening for a appointment or when there is a appotiment is booked for a reminder
