What it does
Recording Vital Signals using Arduino and save the data in OpenEMR, Then use Artificial Intelligence to predict sepsis for a pediatric.
How we built it
Using C and Python programming language.
Challenges we ran into
We couldn't access Arduino website! the Signal Vital was time series and we want to do classification based on these time series so we found we can do this by using "multivariate time series classification".
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Recording the heartbeat from the human body in an EMR software! Predicting the outcome base on the vital signals.
What we learned
Teamwork, How to find the problem that we can work on, and classification of time series!
