Inspiration
Inspiration came from our own difficulty in scheduling time to consult with a doctor. That is there is no choice for booking doctor's appointment for offline consultation in the existing applications. Due to this time management, availability of doctors they want to consult left as unknown.We wanted a way for people to get easy consultation with doctors even offline or online.
What it does
Provides offline and online bookings for Doctor consultation. Allows online consultation with Doctors through our Medic app. There is disease prediction with machine learning by analyzing the previous medical history, lifestyle, genetic health issues,....present in our system. Also, suggest the Specialist doctors for their health issues. Patients can set medicine reminders. Provides offline and online bookings for Doctor consultation. How I built it
It is built with flutter, node js, Heroku, machine learning models, Flask and Agora
Challenges I ran into
There are some competitors like Practo. But we have our own USPs. Also in the tech side, we faced challenges in Creating a machine learning model for prediction of future disease with a past medical history
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
We as a team get the opportunity to help those who possibly do not know of certain conditions that can be lead to dangerous health issues if left alone, and we wanted to give them an easy way to contact their physician as fast as possible. This would be really helpful for society
