In modern healthcare, the Prior Authorization (PA) process is one of the biggest friction points for doctors, patients, and insurers alike. Over 80% of healthcare providers report that authorization delays compromise patient clinical outcomes, while insurers and clinic staff are bogged down by thousands of pages of unstructured faxes, missing diagnostic forms, and repetitive manual policy cross-checks.

We asked ourselves: What if the administrative friction of insurance approvals could be collapsed from weeks down to minutes, without taking humans out of the loop?

That inspired MediAuth AI — a role-aware medical pre-authorization platform that pairs cutting-edge Google Gemini AI decision support with an end-to-end transparent workflow connecting doctors, patients, insurance adjusters, and system administrators.

What It Does
