Inspiration## Inspiration

Healthcare access is still a major challenge, especially for people who need quick guidance but don’t have immediate access to doctors. We were inspired to build a solution that bridges this gap using AI. The idea was to create a smart assistant that can provide instant, reliable, and personalized health support anytime, anywhere.

What it does

Our project is an AI-powered healthcare assistant that helps users: Analyze symptoms and suggest possible conditions Provide basic medical guidance and precautions Offer mental health support through conversational AI Track user health data and give personalized recommendations It acts as a first-level support system, helping users make informed decisions before seeking professional care.

How we built it

We built the system using a combination of modern AI and web technologies: Frontend: React.js (for interactive UI) Backend: Node.js / Flask AI/NLP: OpenAI API (for conversational intelligence) Database: MongoDB / Firebase (for storing user data) APIs: Health-related APIs for symptom checking and recommendations Deployment: Vercel / Netlify / Render The chatbot processes user input, applies natural language understanding, and generates meaningful health insights in real time.
