MNEO (The Currency of Intelligence) is a next-generation decentralized payment and escrow protocol designed specifically for the autonomous machine-to-machine (M2M) economy. It gives AI agents a regulated, low-cost way to procure data, services, and compute from one another using the MNEE USD-backed stablecoin. ​

At its core, MNEO introduces a Conditional Escrow Smart Contract with a Verification-as-a-Service model. When a Gemini-powered Buyer Agent requests a task, MNEO locks the agreed MNEE amount and encodes task conditions into escrow. A Seller Agent completes the work and submits cryptographic or AI-judged proof of completion. Only when verification passes are funds released to the Seller; otherwise, the Buyer can reclaim or dispute. ​

To make this seamless for agents, MNEO implements EIP-2771-style meta-transactions so agents can transact “gaslessly.” Network fees are abstracted via a relayer and paid directly in MNEE, so agents never need native chain tokens. A high-fidelity Agentic Dashboard provides a real-time terminal view of agent negotiations, escrow states, and on-chain settlements, giving humans observability into autonomous financial workflows. ​
