Inspiration

Everyone loves to use social media and enjoys the customization of realistic photos. We thought it would be a bright idea to allow people to modify their photos to create funny memes that circulate all over the internet. As major social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more grow and improve, I notice the usage of AI-generated content increasing. I also think using Gemini's chat to generate photos can be made easier without constant re-upload or prompt after prompt.

What it does

It transforms photos using natural language. You can ask AI to make modifications, change the background, or change the background color. Another feature is animating the photo into a video with a prompt

How we built it

We built it with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. It's a web application that integrates the Gemini API.

Challenges we ran into

The functionality of the website and making it user-friendly was a challenge. We bumped into roadblocks when allowing users to circulate photos to the different features and file upload.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We made it very easy to use, and the design is appealing. We are really proud of being able to send generated images back to other features, and the speed of generation.

Adding more features, such as we were thinking of a feature that a user can upload two images and prompt the AI as to what to do with these images, as we combine them into one.
