A deep-seated passion for improving healthcare outcomes and making a positive impact on people's lives can be a powerful motivator The platform integrates different types of AI in the management of primary healthcare at the community level.
The platform exists both as a web, a mobile application, and as a USSD/SMS platform to be utilized by community members without smartphones. The web platform utilizes web crawling to extract data, the application utilizes ETL while the USSD/SMS utilizes the coding/decoding algorithm and later data merging.
From the piloting, community members and healthcare providers insisted they wanted a user-friendly. We resolved this by merging the data from the warehouse and automatically publishing the analytics in the cloud- on Google Sheets and Zappier for ease of access by the healthcare providers.
Successfully integrating IP addresses in the platform and successfully merging with other successful models for data standardization.
We learned that, for any platform to be successful, user feedback should be integrated.
The platform will be scaled up with a number of functionalities and integrations which were not possible during the initial phase due to financial constraint
