What it does
It streamlines healthcare management, enhancing patient and hospital interactions with an all-in-one solution. It simplifies complex health needs by facilitating easy scheduling for tests and appointments, and optimizing the healthcare delivery chain.
How we built it
using flask in backend and webpages using HTML & CSS and database in SQLalchemy.
Challenges we ran into
Accurate results depending upon the patient's needs and minimizing the users work for their ease.

What's next for Medi-Connect
Multiple Disease Prediction with AI: Will use predictive models to identify potential health risks and will provide early warnings across multiple conditions.
